By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Speaker Wizard app (the "App") developed by HyperHype ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the App.
Speaker Wizard provides users with acoustic management and speaker cleaning tools. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the App.
Free Service: The Speaker Wizard app is provided as a free service to all users. The free version may include advertisements that help us sustain the app's development and operations.
Subscriptions (Premium Access): We offer optional auto-renewing subscriptions that unlock premium features, provide an ad-free experience, and grant full access to advanced tools within the App. If you choose to purchase a subscription, payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at the confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of HyperHype and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
In no event shall HyperHype, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
